Under the commitment that everything agreed upon with the community will be fulfilled, Governor David Monreal Ávila brought the Audience for Transformation to Juchipila. During this citizen meeting, he addressed 116 requests, which he forwarded to the heads of the relevant departments for them to carry out.
«I want everything that is promised to be fulfilled,» he said to those present at the meeting, where proposals were made regarding agriculture, public works, basic services, the economy, culture, support for vulnerable groups, and more.
Accompanied by the municipal president, José María Castro Félix, and members of his Cabinet, the governor told the people of Juchipila that his visit aims solely to provide attention and resolve many of their needs for the benefit of the community and families.
He assigned each of the requests to the heads of the respective departments and tasked them with providing prompt solutions. For example, he committed to Mr. Rosario Puga to work on a project that would implement a comprehensive action to pipe channels from one of the dams, thereby supporting irrigation producers.
The governor requested the Secretary of Agriculture, Gerardo Luis Cervantes Viramontes, to conduct a survey because «we will support anything that benefits water management.»
To Mrs. Mauricia Puga, the Zacatecan governor offered to address her request to ensure that public lighting service reaches the community of La Rinconada. Meanwhile, he offered artisan and merchant Juan Luis Álvarez assistance in connecting with the Ministry of Economy to help him market his products beyond the municipality of Juchipila.
He also took the opportunity to express his respect and unwavering support for the Zacatecan teaching community.
It is worth noting that, in addition to the requests made orally, the governor established a citizen mailbox, where residents of Juchipila submitted their requests and demands in writing, which will be forwarded to the appropriate area for a timely response.
