The Government of Zacatecas, led by state governor David Monreal Ávila, celebrated the graduation of 11 teenagers from the Casa Hogar de Jóvenes, who successfully completed their studies in primary and secondary education institutions.
At an event led by the Honorary President of the State System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (SEDIF), Sara Hernández de Monreal, the graduation took place where, in addition to receiving their school certificates, the graduates enjoyed a meal, gifts, and a social gathering.
In the presence of the Director of the Casa Hogar para Jóvenes, María Guadalupe Rodríguez Rincón, Hernández de Monreal expressed her pride in the graduated teenagers; «you are young and you have many steps to climb; you will surely encounter some obstacles, but remember to get up after each fall.»
María del Carmen Salinas Flores, head of the Ministry of Education, recognized the great effort that the teenagers put in to achieve a promising future; she highlighted that they are an example for reaching their goals, while also reaffirming her support for their goals and that she will be monitoring their educational progress within the public school system.
