The National System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (SNDIF) and Channel Eleven presented «La Mesa», a television program in which girls, boys, and adolescents debate and give their opinion on topics of interest to them, with Ikal participating as the representative of Zacatecas.

This production, in which 47 girls, boys, and adolescents from 25 states participate, members of the National Network of Promoters of Transformation of the SNDIF, began its broadcast on Channel 11.1 of «El Once» and 11.2 of «Once Niñas y Niños».

At the official launch of «La Mesa», the head of the SNDIF, Nuria Fernández Espresate, said that she is committed to promoting the voice of girls, boys, and adolescents, with actions such as this program and the National Consultation «Do you hear me? 2024», both initiatives with questions and topics chosen by focus groups of girls, boys, and adolescents of all ages.

With the support of the Honorary President of the State System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (SEDIF), Sara Hernández de Monreal, Ikal participated in the broadcast of the first episode, where they addressed topics related to the rights of girls, boys, and adolescents, alongside representatives from states such as Sinaloa, Quintana Roo, Mexico City, Querétaro, and San Luis Potosí.
