La Presidenta Honorífica, Sara Hernández de Monreal, compartió momentos de convivencia y alegría con las personas adultas mayores.
Solidaridad en temporada decembrina
Durante la emotiva celebración, el SEDIF entregó cobijas, chamarras, bolos y gabanes a los asistentes, como parte de una acción solidaria para apoyar a este sector de la población ante las bajas temperaturas de la temporada decembrina.
Con esta actividad, la administración estatal refrenda su compromiso con la atención y la integración social de las personas adultas mayores, promoviendo actividades que fortalecen su bienestar emocional y los lazos comunitarios.
Zacatecas Government Celebrates Traditional Posada with Seniors at “Amat-te” Day Center
In an atmosphere full of joy and the collaborative spirit characteristic of the holiday season, the “Amat-te” Day Center in Zacatecas hosted the Traditional Posada organized by the state administration. The senior users enjoyed a morning filled with warmth, surprises, and affection.
The Honorary President of the State System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (SEDIF), Sara Hernández de Monreal, led the emotional celebration. Attendees shared time together, sang carols, and participated in holiday-themed activities.
Warmth Provided During Cold Season
In a gesture of solidarity designed to support the older population during the cold weather, the SEDIF delivered essential winter items, including blankets, jackets, and long coats (gabanes), which will contribute to their well-being amid low temperatures.
The celebration reinforced the community ties that define the “Amat-te” Day Center. Through such actions, the Government of Zacatecas, via SEDIF, reaffirms its commitment to the care, attention, and quality of life of older adults, promoting activities that strengthen their social and emotional integration.
