El Gobierno de Zacatecas, junto con la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado, emprendió este lunes una operación de Búsqueda de personas, entre ellas a Joel Botello Zacatecas en vida, concentrando esfuerzos en los municipios de Tabasco y Villanueva.
Búsqueda con apoyo Federal
Las acciones, coordinadas por la Comisión Local de Búsqueda, contaron con el respaldo directo de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública, la Guardia Nacional y el Ejército Mexicano.
Durante los recorridos en las municipalidades se llevó a cabo la pega de cédulas de búsqueda y se realizaron entrevistas directas con los ciudadanos con el fin de obtener información que permita la Localización de personas en vida.

The Zacatecas Government and the State Attorney General’s Office (FGJE) launched an individualized search operation for the missing person, Joel Botello, focusing efforts on the municipalities of Tabasco and Villanueva.
Coordinated Efforts and Methods
Members of the Local Search Commission and the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office conducted two main activities:
- Posting search flyers (cédulas) throughout both communities.
- Conducting interviews with residents to gather any information that may lead to the person’s location.
The operation received full support from federal and state forces, including the Secretariat of Public Security, the National Guard, and the Mexican Army, highlighting coordinated action in the ongoing search for Joel Botello.
