The Forum Más que Ideas Mujeres Zacatecas will take place November 13-14 at Tecmilenio. Co-organized by the State Government and CEDEZ, the event seeks to promote equality and economic leadership for women.
200 expected attendees for leadership and equity sessions
Over 200 participants, including entrepreneurs, professionals, and students, are expected to attend. The forum focuses on generating proposals and creating better economic and social opportunities for women in Zacatecas.
The first day features a panel of entrepreneurs and a master conference by Edson Noyola. Juan Ortega will lead the session on «Emotions,» a key component for professional well-being.
Workshops focus on A.I. and emotional intelligence
The second day is dedicated to skill development. Workshops will cover artificial intelligence, leadership, and emotional intelligence, empowering women in tech and business sectors.
Blanca Ortega Magallanes, from CEDEZ’s Women’s Commission, called the forum a platform for action. «We want the ideas that emerge here to become projects and policies,» she stated.
Commitment to economic inclusion
The Secretary of Economy, Jorge Miranda Castro, noted the forum aligns with inclusive economic development. The state government reaffirms its commitment to foster active female participation in all sectors. The Forum Más que Ideas Mujeres Zacatecas aims to create equitable workspaces and promote women’s decision-making power.
