Guadalupe, Zacatecas, is now home to Mexico’s first «Smart Kiosk» for migrant assistance, according to the company Allcanza. The smart kiosk migrants Guadalupe aims to bridge the service gap for Zacatecans residing in the United States.
Allcanza technology offers legal review
The technology simplifies preparing immigration applications for straightforward cases. Allcanza is an online, self-guided platform that provides clarity and confidence, including a legal review with every service package.
The Secretary of Economic Development coordinated the pilot program. Two modules were installed at the Municipal Presidency: one fixed and one mobile, available for deployment in Guadalupe’s neighborhoods.
Innovation brings hope and tangible support
Alejandro Guzmán Nungaray, Allcanza’s operations director, emphasized the kiosk’s significance. “This module represents hope, closeness, and real support for thousands of families,” he stated at the launch event.
The goal is to simplify visa and immigration-related procedures. Local officials, including Councilwoman Elena Márquez Martínez, were recognized for their commitment to connecting with the diaspora.
Zacatecas strengthens ties with the U.S.
This smart kiosk migrants Guadalupe installation builds upon recent outreach efforts. Mayor Pepe Saldívar recently hosted a service fair in Fort Worth, Texas, in partnership with the Consulate.
